Spot the Difference

When I did the New Year's set-up picture recently my daughter Jamie suggested we do a 'Spot the Difference' puzzle. There is one difference in the photos below. Can you see it?

Anyone who makes a comment on this post prior to midnight on Saturday 11 January 2014 giving the correct answer will  get a further entry in the giveaway that I will announce on Sunday 12 January 2014.

Keep an eye out for the giveaway announcement.

I have been away for a few days and I am just trying to catch up with all your blogs. We attended the wedding of my nephew Gavin and his lovely wife Rosie. It was such a lovely relaxed wedding and it was a pleasure to share it with them and their friends and family from all over the world that were able to attend. Their lovely one year old daughter Lyla almost stole the show. She is just adorable.

I haven't heard from Francesca yet whether she has received my Christmas swap to her so I still cannot post details of what I made for the Christmas Chain swap. I will make her a new swap if it has not arrived.

I will also do a post in the next day or two on further progress with the Selina Rose Gallery. I have now done a lot of the exterior and have received the lights to install.

Until the next post, be creative and be happy, which I believe go hand-in-hand.

    1. LOL. If I was a real stickler for the rules Elizabeth you would not be eligible for an extra draw in the giveaway as you have not given the answer, but I know with your eye for detail you would have spotted the difference instantly.

    1. Hi Jane. Actually no I didn't use Adobe Elements for the 'Spot the Difference'. I did have two different coloured signs. I did however use it for the puzzle effect on the same picture that I used in the New Year's post. I have been dabbling with the software a bit with colour adjustment and cropping on photos but have a long way to go with it yet. Small steps. I am really keen to have a play with Adobe Premiere as well so hopefully I will post a small video on my blog before too long.

  12. Well, yes, you all know the answer. I deliberately made it fairly easy. Perhaps I will have to do a more difficult one at some time in the future to really test your powers of observation. So, for those of you who haven't yet commented on this post and want an extra draw in the pending Giveaway please make a comment on this post giving the correct answer. You have until midnight Saturday 11 January.

  13. Well sharee , everyone has answered the question but I'm going to answer it also except I think the new year looks green instead of yellow in one picture and blue in the other. Either way I thought this was a clever game, and I love the wedding dress!!

  15. Hi Sharee, you might have made this easy for some but it took me ages to spot the difference… guess I'm not cut out the be a super-sleuth! I did eventually notice that the New Year wording had changed from yellow to blue!!

Glad you enjoyed the weather and agree with everyone else, the dress is GORGEOUS!

  16. Since I agree with all those comments before mine, I'll only refer to the baby. She is indeed gorgeous, adorable and show stealing. I wish this lovely family all the best and a good life.
